Pre-Shoot
Custom made flyers: Let us know what services you want to offer your client and we will make a custom flyer with your business information highlighting those services. I.e. for one client you may want to offer photos and for another drone footage and photos. For someone else 3D and photos.
Help with Listings Presentations: Going into competition on a listing or really want to impress a client? We are available to join you on your presentation and help the client see how we will capture their home and address any concerns that they may have.
Listing Presentation Book: Customized listing presentation book for you to take on listing presentations to show what you will do to showcase their home.
Pre Shoot Check Lists: We will personalize our Pre-shoot homeowner checklists for you to give to your client.
Shooting
Opening and Closing: We will help open all blinds and turn on all lights and when we are done put the house back to the way it was.
Light staging: To make sure the property looks great for photo, video and VR, we will go through the home and property to do light staging with you or the owner.
Insurance: Our team caries over $1 Million in insurance should something go wrong. We have never used this insurance but want you to have the confidence that it is there.
Post Shoot
Client Privacy: We want your owners to have their homes on the market, not their families. Will will remove names off of walls, and stylishly blur out photos.
Releases: We will collect all the necessary releases that are needed for the media you are getting from property release to music and talent releases.
Licenses: You will have a full commercial license to use all the media.
Media Storage: We keep all of the media we shoot and provided to you so if you ever lose the media we can have it back to you on the next business day.
The Hidden Touch’s policy on relicensing photos.
If I hire The Hidden Touch to shoot my photos, do I own them?
If I lose the listing can another agent us or buy my photos?
The Hidden Touch’s policies are that additional licenses can be written for those photos. The relicensing fee is the same as a new shoot. We allow this as a benefit to the homeowner. One example of this would be a home with incredible mountain views and a green pasture which was shot in the summer, but the listing agent changes in the middle of Winter. Obviously, we couldn’t recapture that same shot when there is snow on the ground. This policy allows us to be able to pull that specific photo and reuse it, however, we always recommend that new photos be taken, as typically things have changed since the last photo shoot.
Is there a way I can get exclusive of of the photos to prevent relicensing to another person?
